As dog owner's ourselves, we understand how important it is to ensure that you can include your furry friend in all the family fun. That's why we are so great to holiday with! We have a wide range of pet-friendly accommodation, from caravans, cabins, chalets and cottages so you can enjoy Woolacombe and its beautiful North Devon surroundings with your canine companion, right by your side. Or if camping and touring is your thing, we do that too!
As we are dog lovers here, you and your furry friend will receive an extremely warm welcome from check in, all the way through your holiday to the very end when you check out.
Well-behaved furry friends are also welcome in our Clubhouse; all we ask is that they are kept on a lead at all times.
We want your furry friend to enjoy their holiday just as much as you do, so we have jam packed as much information as we can to help you plan your stay.
Don't forget to purchase your 'Doggy Welcome Pack' when booking which includes: dog blanket, collapsible dog bowl, rubber dog ball, doggy Dentastix, travel water bottle and doggy poo bags.
Dog Friendly Accommodation
To ensure you have a variety of accommodation to choose from, nearly all of our accommodation is dog friendly. After all, we want to make sure that your dog has the best accommodation to rest their paws after a hard day of exploring.
To bring your furry friend, we charge £5 per night in accommodation (per dog), and if you are camping and touring we charge £2.75 per night (per dog). 2 dogs maximum please.

Dog Friendly Walks
Another reason we are great to holiday with is our walking area's. We have a dog exercise area behind Avenue 8, the walk to Waney Edge is fantastic if you would like to see the beautiful views of the North Devon countryside, or for a more enchanted walk we have our Woodland Walk. You can also follow the footpath of the National Trust Walk located near Lower Meadow which takes you over Potter's Hill to Woolacombe.
Dog Friendly Holiday in Woolacombe
Woolacombe Village & Beach is so dog friendly, it will make your holiday extra special. Woolacombe Beach is voted Trip Advisor's 4th best beach in England. With its 3 miles of golden sands, Woolacombe Beach is the perfect location for your four legged friend to get their paws dirty in the sand and swim in the sea before heading back to the holiday park for a well earned and deserved rest, or maybe they will accompany you for dinner in our Clubhouse?
Dog Information: Dogs are welcome on Woolacombe Beach with some restrictions from 1st April (or Good Friday, whichever is first) – 1st November.
Zone A - No dogs
Zone B - Dogs on Leads
Zone C - No restrictions
We have other beaches nearby to explore the North Devon coast, such as Barricane, Putsborough, Lynmouth and Saunton Sands. Some may have restrictions but all beaches can be checked here.
If you are looking to explore places to eat in Woolacombe other than our dog friendly Clubhouse, we recommend The Shepherd's Hut, The Red Barn, Captains Table, Tides Inn, Beachcomber Cafe and Bar Electric.

Those of you familiar with National Trust properties will be aware that they always welcome dogs. Nearby we have Arlington Court, Knightshayes, Killerton, Castle Drogo and Lanhydrock AND miles of National Trust managed cliff tops with carparks for easy access. Baggy Point, Croyde is one of the most visited with a superb tea room at the carpark.
Please note some of these attractions are not local; however, could be visited either on your way to Woolacombe or on your way back home.
Please check in with the attraction before visiting that they still accept dogs.
