Halloween Fun & Games 2020
Halloween is always the event of the year here at Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park, and we aren't going to let COVID get in our way!
Things might be a little different this year, but we intend to go out with a bang!
Due to Government COVID restrictions we have had to get our thinking caps on, and so we have come up with a Halloween plan, and don't worry there are still plenty of chances to win family holidays, vouchers and Woolly Bear goodies!
We have researched lots of fun things to do and found not only is there loads to do in the area, you can also pick your very own pumpkin in Braunton, just a 10 minute drive from us! Click here for details. (Pumpkins will be available from our shop subject to availability).

(Please note: All Halloween information will be displayed on the Entertainments Board in our reception. Due to changes happening very quickly, some of the listed below may change or become unavailable. Please rest assured we are doing everything we can to keep you and us safe).
When, Where, How?
At Woolacombe Sands we understand that not all schools have the same half term. So we have spread the fun over 2 weeks!
When?
Monday 19th October - Saturday 31st October
Where?
Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park Clubhouse
(Please note if you are a newspaper guest, you will need facility wristbands to book any of the Halloween events)
How?
All Halloween events will now be based during the day & will need to be pre-booked at reception on the day before (please note you cannot book them earlier). Family details will be recorded for track & trace and of course you can scan the QR code on all our entry points to 'check in' to the venue.
By booking one of the events, you will be booking a table for the designated time slot. We politely remind you:
- No more than 6 people per table unless you are the same household (i.e. a family of 7)
- Face coverings are mandatory unless exempt (when not seated)
- Children MUST stay seated at all times, unless visiting the bathroom
- Screaming, loud singing and shouting is not encouraged
- 1 event booking per family (unless events prove to be quiet)
- Table service only. Click here for online ordering. Online ordering is the quickest way to place your order. Please note; during busier times ordering in person may take longer.
Team members at Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park will monitor all events and will respectfully ask any families not following COVID secure guidelines to leave to ensure we are all safe

Things are a little different here, but we still have BIngo! (Phew... all hail Bingo)!
5pm - Woolly Bear says hello with a socially distanced photo at your table
5.30pm - Woolly Bear party dances at your table
6pm - Family online Quiz
7pm - Cash Bingo (Your entertainments team will come round selling your tickets)
8pm - Live entertainment (please see the entertainments board for details)
The clubhouse will operate on table service only with our new online ordering service. Simply scan the QR code (no download necessary) to order quickly, and easily! Click here to see what's available. Online ordering is our preferred method, although table ordering is available (please note this will take longer during busier times).
