Terms and Conditions:

• Holidays must be booked online at www.woolacombe-sands.co.uk between 8am 1st January 2021 and 4th January 2021 midnight.
• Upgrade is to the next available upgrade accommodation in its category. For example, if you book an Ocean View bronze caravan, we will endeavour to upgrade you to a Ocean View Silver Caravan. If you book a 3 bedroom Atlantic Gold caravan, will will endeavour to upgrade you to an Atlantic Platinum 3 bedroom caravan.
• Upgrades are subject to availability, please check before booking to avoid disappointment.
• 2 Bedroom accommodation cannot be upgraded to a 3 bedroom accommodation.
• If you would like an Ocean View Caravan please book an Ocean View Silver Caravan.
• Upgrade for 2021 Holidays only.
• Any further upgrades will be charged as per tariff.
• Downgrades will not be refunded, or credited to account.
• If you choose to downgrade, this is not at the cost to Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park
• Upgrades will be processed before your stay. Please check any confirmations before arriving to ensure you are familiar with what you have booked.
