Questions & Answers

Due to Covid-19, we have had to implement changes for the health and safety purposes for our guests and staff. It is essential you read all the information below to have an idea on what to expect on your holiday. If you have any questions prior to arrival, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What if I display covid-19 symptoms?

Before you travel

You MUST NOT travel if you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19. If you have symptoms please contact us on 01271 870569 so that we can cancel or rearrange your booking.

While you are staying with us
If you display symptoms of COVID-19 whilst staying here, we ask that you immediately return to your home residence, requesting a test, and inform reception of your departure. If you continue with your stay and become too unwell to travel, you will be liable for all future affected bookings.

What if I am in an area of local lockdown?
If your home address has been put into 'Local Lockdown' we politely ask that you do not travel. Please contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] with your holiday details.

What changes have we made to put your mind at ease and keep our customers and staff safe?
Please read all changes here.

What time can we check in?
Check in time is 2pm (Accommodation Check in is 4pm). Please do not arrive any earlier than 1pm as we sadly will not be able to allow you on site. This will help to reduce the cross over of leaving guests, staff and arriving guests.

What if we arrive early?
If you do need to arrive at Woolacombe before 1pm, there is plenty to do in Woolacombe, including 3 large car parks (Parkins Estate 2 beach car parks, and Marine Drive), and also lots to do in the area.

As mentioned above, we sadly will not be able to allow you on site until 1pm. We understand that you want to get your holiday started however we must keep guests, staff and the community safe.

What facilities are available?
Due to the Government announcement there are some restrictions with our facilities.

For full details on facilities, please click here so you are aware of what is available. Please kindly note that you are choosing to holiday with us knowing we have restricted facilities therefore we will be unable to refund monies.

What is the check in procedure?
When you arrive, please check in at reception with no more than one other person (please
try to limit to 1 person checking in if you can). We will be limiting the amount of people in to reception to 2 families (of no more than 2) on check in days, and politely asking guests to queue outside whilst we safely check in families.
Guests are required to wear a face covering when checking in unless you are exempt.

I am going to arrive quite late, what time is reception open until?
Monday, Friday and Saturday's reception is open until 10pm.  Unfortunately due to Government COVID-19 Secure Guideline and legislation changes, we can no longer accommodate arrivals after 10pm.

Where can we park our car?
You can park your car on your pitch. Please ensure you know your registration number so we can register your car when we check you in.

If you require to register any additional cars, this will be a cost of £5 per night prior to arrival or £6 per car on arrival and will need to be parked in one of our car parks.

Log in here to add an additional car.

Is it too late to request a particular pitch?
No, if there is a particular pitch that you would like, please call us and we will have a look to see if this is available. There will be a £15 charge added to your booking called the Specific Requirement Fee and this will ensure you are guaranteed that particular pitch. This is subject to availability.

Requests without the Specific Requirement Fee are not guaranteed.
